HIGH SCHOOL
Advising Packages
We help early High School students discover and explore their passions mixed with their intrinsic talents and personality in helping identify a variety of possible college majors.
We then work with students to create a strategic plan with suggested experiences, high school organizations, elective suggestions, volunteer opportunities, and social media engagement advising to aid in their decision making for selecting an area of collegiate study.

The Discovery Program is designed for students who are just beginning to think about their future. This package sparks curiosity, builds confidence, and encourages real-world exploration to help students understand what excites them & how to take action in small but meaningful ways.
Through structured exercises, personal reflection, and interactive research, students will begin to connect their interests to real-world opportunities, laying the groundwork for informed decision-making in high school, college, and beyond.
Guidance Package
Confidence begins with preparation.
This package is designed to help high school students develop the core communication, research, and personal branding skills they need to confidently reach out for shadowing experiences, internships, or volunteer opportunities.
COLLEGE
Advising Packages
When students begin their major at the university they applied to in High School, they find themselves rethinking if they made the right decision. Others, are enjoying their major even more than they thought they would and are excited to find out more and explore the specific professions related to their major. We help students re-discover who they are, what they love, and propel them to a path they are passionate about.
Pivot Package
Change direction with clarity and confidence.
The Pivot Package is built for college students who are questioning their current major or who entered college unsure of which path to take. Whether you’re feeling stuck, curious, or just ready to re-evaluate, this program gives you the structure, space, and support to explore new directions with purpose.
Through guided reflection, strategic research, and curated exercises, the Pivot Package helps students examine what they want now, what might come next, and how to move forward with momentum. Students will:

Take your experience to the next level and turn it into opportunity.
The Propel Package equips college students with advanced tools to research target organizations, craft personalized outreach, and position themselves for full-time roles post-internship.
